Get Me To The Church On Time!

Wedding Season has arrived and I am over the moon happy about being invited to four weddings this summer! It is a wonderful excuse to find just the right outfit to wear for the occasion.  Our friends’ daughter’s wedding this past Saturday was a formal San Francisco affair, which was both traditional and tons of fun.

The dress code was optional black tie, which can sometimes prove to be tricky for women.  I wanted to avoid looking too over or under dressed.  So, I chose something that was elegant, but with enough flair to rock the dance floor!

By attending these weddings,  I am sure to garner some wonderful tips on planning a successful wedding. These nuggets of knowledge will come in handy when my three daughters decide to tie the knot. If they happen to be reading this post, “Remember girls, no pressure!”

Saturday’s bride said that “an open bar and a great dance band” was a guaranty for success. The way the reception proceeded, she was absolutely right!
