Horsing Around at the Menlo Charity Horse Show
You don’t have to travel to the Rio Olympics to see world-class equestrians, as I recently learned when I ponied over to the Menlo Horse Show.
Along with the international caliber equestrian events, there are great shops to peruse, people and animal watching opportunities galore and a fierce design competition over the most over the top barn marquee. You’ll just have to trust me on that one.

I ended up buying a great pewter and reed caddy for buffet dining from them.

Ventana Farm won the marquis competition hands down with their water feature, topiary and orange accents.
