PERFECT SKIN! You know you want it.

Let’s face it; too much foundation can make your complexion resemble a pancake, with heavy pores and crepe lines as evidence.

I’m not referring to Max Factor’s pancake makeup, which was an instant hit with the starlets of the 1930s and 1940’s, but to an actual dense and doughy pancake.

Heavy foundation also prohibits any of your youthful glow from shining through, making you look older than you actually are…a sin that can only be absolved by using Tom Ford’s “Traceless Foundation Stick.”

My daughter Mallory, who is a genius with makeup, introduced me to this wondrous product.  Working in television news, she picks up a lot of tips from the makeup artists on staff. Her makeup alone could fill an isle at Sephora.

What I love about the stick foundation is its unique cream formula, which creates a flawless and smooth finish.  Beautiful and undetectable, it achieves versatility of sheer, medium or full coverage.

I prefer a sheerer look, which I achieve by using the foundation only where I need it.   In certain problem areas, I can always build more coverage.

I strongly suggest that you buy the Tom Ford cream foundation brush, to assure an even and smooth finish.

Now that you’ve achieved a flawless finish, it’s time to add a sheer and luminous highlighter “Living Luminizer by RMS” to the cheekbones, along the length of the nose, the center of the forehead and the chin or anywhere you see fit.

It gives off a translucent glow, without any Tinker Bell’s glitter, which between you and me should be best left in the hands of 12 year olds.  It goes on smooth and has a consistency that lasts. My favorite thing about it, however, is the way it enhances the skin’s natural youth fullness.

Et Voila! Perfect skin!

My skin is thanking you for introducing me to the Cure Aqua Gel and the RMS luminizer, next is a visit to the Tom Ford counter for selecting the right foundation to match my skin. The Cure Aqua Gel from Japan did come with instructions in english which they added onto the label and I ordered it on Amazon. It really strips the grime and dead skin cells off and makes a nice squeaky clean and glowing complexion. What an amazing find thank you! Also really liking the RMS luminzer as it is dewy and not sparkly like so many are. Keep the great suggestions coming, thank you!
